Get Up & Running in Aeries: Secondary Edition

Get everything you need to hit the ground running in Aeries! Designed specifically for secondary teachers in Grades 6–8 and Grades 9–12, this face-to-face, hands-on session walks teachers through everything they need to get started in Aeries. Participants will learn how to request Aeries access through a service ticket and the supervisor approval process, then dive into building a gradebook at the start of the year and at semester change — covering GRD Templates, year-long course setup for middle school, and both fall and spring semester courses. From there, teachers will explore how to take attendance, run essential Teacher Reports, and navigate the Student and Parent Portal to support home-school communication. The session also covers how to identify and responsibly handle sensitive student information, including Medical Flags and PII. Supporting resources will be available on the Staff Resources Hub for reference after the session.  Laptop / Device Needed.
