Participants will explore TEAL and Educator Preparation Program (EPP) portals to review certification requirements, verify current progress, and build a clear roadmap toward certification completion. This session emphasizes actionable planning, systems navigation, and accountability to support timely certification before certificate expiration.
By the end of this session, teachers will be able to:
Identify the requirements needed to earn a standard Texas teaching certificate.
Analyze their current certification status in relation to certification benchmarks and deadlines.
Navigate TEAL and EPP portals to locate and interpret certification progress data.
