Strong Tier 1 instruction is the foundation for student success. This session will support teachers in moving beyond lesson completion and toward intentional instructional practices that build conceptual understanding, mathematical reasoning, and student ownership.
Teachers will explore how to create learning environments where students engage in productive struggle, make connections between concepts, and communicate their mathematical thinking.
Teachers will learn how to:
  • Identify the purpose and progression of math lessons
