(Mapping and Analyzing Grade-Level Instructional Connections) through purposeful collaboration and intentional planning. As the foundation of strong instruction, PLCs provide the space for teachers to internalize the essential components of Bluebonnet Learning—Fluency, Application, Concept Development, and Student Debrief—while deepening their understanding of the TEKS and the coherence of mathematics instruction.
