Effective inventory management is essential to protecting the resources that support high-quality CTE programs. This session will provide an overview of CTE inventory procedures, including BOY, MOY, and EOY inventory requirements; equipment tracking; repairs; transfers; and proper disposition processes. Participants will also learn why Perkins-funded equipment must remain within the CTE program to ensure compliance with federal funding requirements and preserve equitable access for current and future students. By the end of the session, participants will have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and best practices for maintaining accurate inventories, safeguarding district assets, and supporting the long-term success of CTE programs.
