Get everything you need to hit the ground running in Aeries! Designed specifically for Elementary Grades 1–5 (but we'll explore other options as necessary - SBG, MAP, or Special Education classrooms), this hands-on session walks elementary teachers through everything they need to get started. Participants will learn how to request Aeries access through a service ticket and the supervisor approval process, then dive into building a gradebook at the start of the year and at semester change GRD Templates, and year-long course setup for elementary. From there, teachers will explore how to take attendance, run essential Teacher Reports, and navigate the Student and Parent Portal to support home-school communication. The session also covers how to identify and responsibly handle sensitive student information, including Medical and Program Flags and PII.Supporting resources will be available on the Staff Resources Hub for reference after the session. Laptop / Device Needed.
