About me
Amy Ellingson has worked in Advanced Academics Studies in for the past 11 years and serves as Director in Spring ISD. She previously taught Spanish 16 years. She is the president of the Houston Cooperative on the Gifted which provides training for teachers in the Houston area. She loves to provide relevant and practical professional development to educators. She serves on the board for the gifted division of the Council of Exceptional children. Outside of education, Amy’s husband and two teens keep her active.
